LPHYS'21.    Workshop Fees:

ATTENTION: Due to significant fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amounts of Workshop fees are being updated on daily basis. This year all amounts of Workshop fees are fixed in EUR. When sending your payment please refer to a current fee amount on the day of the payment.

Conference Fees

Before sending your Workshop Registration Fee please register online as a participant. To register for the first time, just click on Registration Form in the navigation column on the left.

All advanced payments (before July 12, 2021) can be made either by a credit card through PayPal or a bank wire transfer.

If making a payment by a card through PayPal please note that all fee amounts are shown in USD. PayPal will automatically convert the amount into a required currency and charge your credit card account accordingly.

LPHYS'21 Registration Fee payments are subject to refund.

Paying with a Debit or Credit Card through PayPal:

Please write the participant's full name in the field below and select your participant payment status, i.e., 'Participant' or 'Student.' Then press the 'Pay Now' button. Our system will transfer you to the PayPal payment page.

If you want to pay as a Guest without opening an account, please scroll down the page to 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card.' Otherwise, you can use your existing PayPal account to make the payment. In some cases, PayPal might ask you to open a new account with them for increased security. Opening a new account takes a few minutes.

Just so you know, if you need a payment invoice, you can use a PayPal invoice generated for 'LASPHYS 2021' before your payment is completed. If you need a receipt, please let us know at lphys21@lasphys.com.

After completing your payment, PayPal will send a confirmation to your email and credit your LPHYS'21 account instantaneously. Your charge will appear on your credit card monthly statement as 'Paid to LasPhys.'

Paying via Bank Wire Transfer:

Paying your Workshop fee by a credit card through PayPal is preferable. However, if you need to pay by a bank transfer, please first write to the Management Team at lasphys21@gmail.com to request an invoice for payment and detailed instructions for your wire transfer. Please indicate in your request whether you are a student or not and in what currency you would like to pay, USD or EUR. After the transfer has been made, please notify our Team of your payment. Once the LPHYS'20 Organizing Committee receives the funds, we will send you a payment confirmation notification.

Your Registration Fee Covers

• The Workshop Registration Fee covers all expenses the Organizing Committee incurs in the discharge of its duty to arrange, coordinate, and manage the conference. These expenses include, but are not limited to, all rentals and set up of the conference meeting rooms (including video and audio equipment), daily coffee breaks, exhibit space, poster session space, all Workshop printed materials and supplies, the Welcome party, the Conference dinner, etc.
• These expenses include the Workshop Proceedings that will be published online at the beginning of 2022.
• The student Workshop Registration Fee does not cover proceeding publishing. However, if a student wishes to publish theire proceedings please contact the Management Team at lphys21@lasphys.com.
• The listener Workshop Registration Fee does not cover proceeding publishing and does not allow you to make a presentation at the Workshop.
• All charges covered by the Workshop Registration Fee include VAT and other possible taxes, where applicable.

Please note that the word "invited" as applied to any presentation should have no bearing on the amount of the registration fee and other potential privileges.
