LPHYS'22. Registration Fee Refund Policies:
In the event that after having registered for LPHYS'22 and paid the Workshop registration fee you will not be able to attend the conference and will be cancelling your participation, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If paid by a credit card via PayPal
A full refund* to your PayPal account in the amount you paid provided that you notify us of the cancellation before by e-mail sent to the Workshop Steering Committee at lphys22@lasphys.com.
Between and you will be eligible for a partial refund to your PayPal account in the amount you paid* less 10% (to offset the expenses already incurred on your behalf by the Organizing Committee at that time).
*An important notice. As of May 7, 2019, PayPal stopped returning the fees it originally charged for the transfer of funds. Therefore, you will receive your refund amount, less the fee retained by PayPal.
If paid by a bank wire transfer
A full refund transferred to your bank account in the amount you paid less a bank transfer fee, provided that you notify us of the cancellation before by e-mail sent to the Workshop Steering Committee at lphys22@lasphys.com.
Between and you will be eligible for a partial refund transferred to your bank account in the amount you paid less 10% (to offset the expenses already incurred on your behalf by the Organizing Committee at that time) plus a bank transfer fee.
After the Workshop begins () there will be no refund for your registration fee.
