LPHYS'24.    Registration Fee Refund Policies:

Thank you for registering for LPHYS'24. We understand that circumstances may arise preventing your attendance at the conference. Below is our refund policy, outlining the conditions under which you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your registration fee.

Refund Eligibility

If Paid by a credit card via PayPal:

• Full Refund:
  You are eligible for a full refund^* to your PayPal account if you notify us of your cancellation by email to the Conference Management Team at lphys24@lasphys.com before June 1, 2024.
• Partial Refund:
  For cancellations made between June 1, 2024 and July 3, 2024, you are eligible for a partial refund to your PayPal account in the amount you paid, less 10% (to cover the expenses already incurred by the Organizing Committee at that time)^*.
• No Refund:
  After the Conference begins on July 3, 2024, no refund will be provided for your registration fee.

* Important Notice: As of May 7, 2019, PayPal stopped returning the fees it originally charged for the transfer of funds. Therefore, you will receive your refund amount, less the fee retained by PayPal.

If Paid by a bank wire transfer:

• Full Refund:
  You are eligible for a full refund transferred to your bank account if you notify us of your cancellation by email to the Conference Management Team at lphys24@lasphys.com before June 1, 2024.
• Partial Refund:
  For cancellations made between June 1, 2024 and July 3, 2024, you are eligible for a partial refund transferred to your bank account in the amount you paid, less 10% (to cover the expenses already incurred by the Organizing Committee at that time) plus a bank transfer fee.
• No Refund:
  After the Conference begins on July 3, 2024, no refund will be provided for your registration fee.

To request a refund, please send an email to the Conference Management Team at lphys24@lasphys.com with your registration details and the reason for the cancellation.
