Conference Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities

We have prepared for you the following levels of sponsorship:

  • Platinum Sponsorship Includes:

    • A 15 min presentation at a plenary session (advanced notification required)
    • Complementary registrations at the conference that includes the conference dinner and coffee/snack breaks: 3 persons
    • The name and logo of your company in the onsite program and in the conference proceedings (non-exclusive)
    • An exhibitor table and space for your company display stand, internet connection in the registration area to promote your company and products (for 2 to 5 days)
    • A display sign that is shown in each of the conference rooms (non-exclusive)
    • A mention in the opening speech of your contribution
    • A Certificate of Appreciation for your contribution towards the conference
    • The name and logo of your company looping on the conference website, with a link to your company's page (non-exclusive)
    • A flyer or a gadget to advertise your company (provided by sponsor), placed in each conference bag (non-exclusive)

    Sponsorship Fee:

    • €3,500 ($4,200) – for 1-5 day exhibit
    • €3,000 ($3,600) – for 1-3 day exhibit
    • €2,500 ($3,000) – for 1-2 day exhibit

  • Gold Sponsorship Includes:

    • A 10 min presentation at a seminar session of your choice (advanced notification required)
    • Complementary registrations at the conference that includes the conference dinner and coffee/snack breaks: 2 persons
    • The name and logo of your company in the onsite program and in the conference proceedings (non-exclusive)
    • An exhibitor table and space for your company display stand, internet connection in the registration area to promote your company and products (for 2 to 5 days)

    • The name and logo of your company looping on the conference website, with a link to your company's page (non-exclusive)

    Sponsorship Fee:

    • €1,250 ($1,500)

  • Bronze Sponsorship Includes:

    • The name and logo of your company looping on the conference website, with a link to your company's page (non-exclusive)
    • A flyer or a gadget to advertise your company (provided by sponsor), placed in each conference bag (non-exclusive)

    Sponsorship Fee:

    • €1,000 ($1,200)

  • Friend Sponsorship Includes:

    • A flyer or a gadget to advertise your company (provided by sponsor), placed in each conference bag (non-exclusive)

    Sponsorship Fee:

    • €750 ($900)

All payments will be credited to the LPHYS'24 bank account set up by Astro Ltd., LPHYS' conference managing company.
