Mark Dubin
Dr. Mark Dubinskii of the US Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Adelphi, Maryland, USA, is a laser scientist recognized for his seminal contributions to advanced solid-state laser development and nonlinear materials through his technical activities in industry, academia and Government. He has also contributed to the field by serving as an Associate Editor for the Optics Express journal (2005-2011) and SPIE Advisory Board Member.
He is a Distinguished Member of the ARL Technical Staff - ARL Fellow, and also is a Fellow of the Optical Society of America, SPIE Fellow, and a member of the Directed Energy Professional Society.
