Dear participants,

Poster presentation and preparation guide lines

For poster sessions, each author is provided a (120 cm x 180 cm) bulletin board on which to display a summary of the paper. Poster size is approximately A0 (90 cm x 120 cm) in portrait format. Mounting material will be provided on site. The board will indicate the appropriate paper number in upper right or left corner. Authors are responsible for mounting their own material. The poster can be mounted on Tuesday morning (latest one hour prior to the poster session) and should be removed immediately after the poster session.

Oral presentations

For oral presentations we provide in each seminar room:

1. Overhead Projectors

2. Beamer connected to Windows PC, installed MS Office 2003 (including Power Point) and
   · Windows Mediaplayer 11
   · Real Player
   · Quick Time
   · Adobe Acrobat 7

3. To upload your presentation: use USB memory stick or CD-R (no Floppy Disk, ZIP, etc.).

4. To assure a smooth succession of presentations please
   · check your presentation as soon as possible at the Upload Center
   · up-load at least one day before your presentation is scheduled
