On Sunday, July 3, the registration desk is open from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Keihanna Plaza.
We encourage you to register at this time to avoid crush on Monday morning.

Please bear in mind that during these hours we hold the Reception for get-together.

The registration will continue on Monday, July 4, from 8:00 to 18:00.

On Tuesday, July 5, the Registration Desk will be open from 8:30 to 17:00.

On Wednesday, July 6, the Registration Desk will be open from 8:30 to 12:45.

On Thursday, July 7 and Friday, July 8 the Registration Desk will be open from 8:30 to 17:00.
