JTB has blocked hotels in Keihanna and Nara during the Workshop period. Reservations will be made
on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your order of preference in the application form.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodations
and tours should complete the Application Form and return it to reach JTB no
later than June 30, 2005.
Application should be accompanied by a remittance
covering the hotel deposit of ¥5,000, Handling Charge ¥500 and/or total tour
fare due JTB.
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. Personal
checks NOT accepted. All payment must be in Japanese yen. The hotel deposit
will be credited to your bill when checking out.
Payment should be in the form of:
- A bank transfer to the JTB Corp. UFJ Bank Nakanoshima Branch
- The following credit cards are acceptable:

4. AMEX
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB. The following cancellation fees will
be deducted before refunding.
