Dear participants,

• Poster size is "W900×H1200" (panel size is "W900×H1900").

• You can find the map of Japan on the following website:
  http://www.jnto.go.jp/mapindex/E/mapindex.html.

• It will be arranged an Overhead Projectors (OHP) at each Conference Room.

• It will be arranged a Windows PC, installed MS Power Point 2000, for your presentation at each Conference Room. You can use your presentation data on USB memory stick, CD-R, and FD (no MO, ZIP, etc., please).

• If you bring your PC (Windows), you will be able to connect it to the Projector by display cable (15pin). However, you should confirm the displaying of the Projector before starting your Session (you should preliminary ask the personal concerning the Projector driver).

• It will be arranged free internet area with 5-6 LAN ports and LAN cables (10Base-T/100Base-TX).

• On the 1-st, 3-rd, and 5-th floor, you will have access to the internet by wireless network (IEEE802.11 b/g), but you should prepare a wireless net working card by yourselves.
