An article is placed on the Wiley InterScience website 2 months before it's hardcopy publication, with the corresponding date of online publication and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). From this moment, the article is available online via Wiley's Early View service and can be appropriately cited. Articles published online form the regular issues of Laser Physics Letters, which then appear as printed hardcopies.
