Publication Stages
  1. Each manuscript, which has to be submitted through e-mail (staffeditor@lasphys.com), is reviewed by two of our referees within a week.

  2. If both the referees recommend the manuscript for publication without changes, the camera-ready copy of the paper is prepared within two - three days. Then, this copy in the PDF format is sent by e-mail to the contact author for proofreading.

  3. After correcting the misprints noticed by the author, the corrected proofs are sent again to the author for his/her final approval.

  4. Upon the receipt of the author's final approval, the paper immediately appears online, with the corresponding date of online publication and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). From this moment the article is available online via Wiley's Early View (www.lphys.org) and can respectively be cited.

  5. Articles published online (www.lphys.org) form the regular issues of Laser Physics Letters. At first the tables of contents of issues appear on www.lasphys.com/lasphyslett.htm (Contents). From this moment the article can be cited by a usual manner (Q. Smith, Y. Braun, and R. Nikols, Laser Phys. Lett. 1, 17 (2004)). Then the regular issue appears on www.lphys.org. At last the printed hard copy of the issue leaves the press.
