An e-version of the manuscript should be sent to the following

At the moment of sending manuscript by e-mail or, it is better, one week earlier, the author has to send the Transfer of Copyright Agreement by Express Mail to the following address:
Prof. Valery M. Yermachenko, A manuscript will be dated by the date of its receipt of the Staff Editor. However, refereeing of the manuscript will be begun when the Staff Editor receives the Transfer of Copyright Agreement. |
