Laser Physics is a monthly international journal published in English. The Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, and members of the Editorial Board are top scientists from twelve countries among whom there are three Nobel Prize Winners. Manuscripts to the journal Laser Physics can be submitted both in English and in Russian. Articles written in Russian are translated into English free-of-charge for authors. The journal Laser Physics publishes original articles, review articles, rapid communications, proceedings of international conferences and symposia, and special issues.

The journal was founded in 1990. The printed version of the journal was launched in 1991. Starting from 2006, the online version is also available.
